Kerry O'Neill is the Director of the Fredericksburg Area FCA. Kerry is a product of FCA himself, having come to Christ through the influence of a Christian coach who got him involved in his high school FCA in Iowa. Kerry was an FCA volunteer and served as a huddle leader at FCA camps while playing college basketball. He has since served on FCA staff in for 8 years in Houston, Texas and for 4 years in Omaha, Nebraska. He began in Fredericksburg in March of 2003.

Lisa Call serves as FCA Area Representative with a focus on area campuses. Lisa is a graduate of Chancellor High School, where she was an FCA leader.  She graduated in May 2004 from Mary Washington College and spent the 2004-2005 school year getting her master's in Elementary Education.  In May 2005, Lisa transitioned from part-time to full-time staff.  In addition to her vast FCA experience, Lisa is wise beyond her years and is fired up for the task - especially after 20 oz. WaWa coffee!

Diane Woodson works as a part-time administrator in the Fredericksburg FCA office. Diane can decipher a balance sheet, maneuver a canoe down a river, and offer godly counsel on a variety of issues - all this packed into a 4 foot, 11 inch frame!
